Terms and Conditions

By registering for or using earn-crypto (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto services in your country.
• Only one account is allowed per person, household and device or IP address. Duplicate accounts will be banned.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, VPS or other anonymising services is not allowed. We may reject payouts and ban accounts that use them.

2. Earning rewards

• Rewards are given for real, genuine activity such as faucet claims, shortlinks, ad views, offers and surveys.
• Partner rewards (offerwalls, surveys and similar) are credited only after the partner confirms the task. If a partner reverses or charges back a task, we remove the matching reward from your balance.
• Reward amounts, claim timers, limits and payout rates can change at any time.
• Earnings are not guaranteed. This is not a job or a source of income.

3. Prohibited activity

• Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, captcha solvers or any automation.
• Fake, incentivised or forced clicks, fake traffic and any attempt to trick the system or a partner.
• Hacking, SQL injection, XSS, exploiting bugs or disturbing our servers.
• Buying or selling accounts, and self-referrals or fake referrals.
• Abuse, harassment or posting illegal, adult or misleading content.

If you find a bug or exploit, report it to us. Do not use it.

4. Referrals

You may refer as many people as you like using your own referral link. Referring yourself, buying referrals and creating fake referrals are not allowed. We may remove referral earnings gained this way.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are sent to the FaucetPay or ZeroChain address that you provide. Please check it carefully, because blockchain payments cannot be reversed.
• Each currency has a minimum withdrawal amount. Payouts may be reviewed first to check for fraud, and may take some time.
• We may refuse or cancel a payout if we find cheating, multiple accounts or a breach of these terms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, and remove its balance, if it breaks these terms or we suspect fraud. Decisions on banned accounts are final.

7. Third-party content

The Site shows ads, links, surveys and offers from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices, or for any problem between you and a third party.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control, loss of crypto value, wrong wallet addresses, downtime, or any losses from using the Site. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. See the Disclaimer as well.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
